Computer Slow, INSANELY SLOW?

You need to install more RAM and install another hard drive, external hard drives may work. Or you can dump it if you have a recovery disk. I would recommend actually getting another computer. I have a computer with similar stats like yours. Its a Windows ME but it seems to be working faster than yours.
