In regards to trademark applications, how much time does the USPTO have to respond to an applicant ?
Specifically after applicant has responded to USPTO's initial Non-Final action, how much time does the USPTO have to act on applicants RECEIVED PAPERS? It has already been almost 45 days since filing RECEIVING PAPERS with USPTO.
