When do you think the great depression II will begin? if it hasn't already?

MANY people can no longer consume what is being produced today because the economy has collapsed, imagine tomorrow. When will MOST people no longer be able to consume? How do you think people should prepare for the the great depression II? Are there any ex CIA or government officials with reliable sources that indicate that a great depression will in fact become a reality sooner than later? Why does the government lie that the recession is over and that things are recovering when wages are the same or lower while cost of living increases steadily everywhere? (other than wanting to avoid a public frenzy of panic) Why doesn't the government just admit "our system collapsed...try to save yourself if you can" instead of "change is here! all is well" lol
