Does it seem as if all of our enemies are y and most of our allies are cowards?

Yes indeed. Every year the U.S. spends billions on military aid and foreign aid to countries around the world and then when North Korea shoots off a few rockets nobody stands with us. The U.S. is being taken advantage of by our so called allies.
