Period cramps. At school:((((?

dont feel embarred :} i felt embarred at first, bu most of your mates have probably started too right?, and if they, or a teacher asks whats up just say you have pains or you have cramp, they'll know what you mean :} i started when i was 12, :} and the teachers will know what is up because they have gone through they same, its not jsut you, everyone goes though these things, i get really bad pains, just try not to think abou it and dont worry, if it gets that bad take some paracetamol to school with you :}
