Can you get hiv from toilet water if you have opening cut on your but?

I am really really worried about what happened to me. I have several open sores on my which were caused by dietary problems. So it hurts and even bleeds when I went to stool. The other day, I used a public toilet just several minutes after a stranger. I flushed the toilet once before I used it. Then I went to stool and the toilet water splashed on my and the area around it. I am now really worried if I have the possibility to get hiv from the toilet water if the person who used the toilet before me is hiv positive. Thank you very much for helping me!
