Ideas for my sisters 50th birthday party?

My mom wants me to help her plan the party so here are a few details you might need to know. She likes photography,outdoors,camping,hunting and spending ALL her time now with her granddaughter (3). She has a boyfriend and they do a lot of thing together. She's a big cut up and doesn't mind doing or trying just about anything. We live in middle Tennessee so there are lots of things to get into.My mother is just about like that too. Nothing tacky or gross but just about anything would go.
