People who actually know what they're talking about: did I eat healthy today?

You are getting good mix of complex/simple carbs in your diet. Good amount of healthy fat, but where is the protein? Your protein level is quite low. I notice you have no meat in there so I ume your a vegan/vegitarian so I would understand why you wouldnt have a chicken or lean meat in there. So your diet is quite clean and healthy but it lacks protein to build and repair the muscles you used in your fitness activities. For your macronutrients, I would try to do a 35/45/20 protein/carbs/fat percentage split.
