Stopped TTC ANd Now Could It Be?

My Fiancee and I have been TTC for a while now, But since he has three kids from a previous relationship, we are ok with not having one of ours right away. Last month, we hadnt had for 25 long days and then 8 days after my AF finished (Oct.30) We BD and he spontaneously puts a pillow under me after he releases, after a few mins we proceeded on to a second dance (me on all fours) . After that, i developed weird feelings in both of where i believe my tubes are, one side alternating each day for about 3 days. ( I believe I ovulated Oct.31) Menstrual cramps, sore that continues to progress (expecting period Nov. 12) Six days later(yesterday) we have again and it became my second night of light nausea. Again weird feeling on my side. Now last night I dreamt of a positive pregnancy test. Is this all in my head or just maybe we were successful?
