Tattoo Help Please. . . ?

'Tramp stamps' aren't really trashy when done well, but the things you're describing (tribal & erfly designs) are generally what people get there and... they do end up looking trashy. Tribal designs and erflies are generally flash based and flash doesn't have much meaning behind it. I'd wait until you're 18 and re-evaluate stuff. If you can't think of something significant in your life to get tattooed right now, then the obvious decision is to wait. Tattoos are for life - you can't just wash them off.
