What driver error message am I missing?

I happen to have this computer and it's an HP desktop model:HP Pavilion a350n and it has Home Edition. For some reason my computer has a pop up that says: "Systeem32\DRIVERS\pci.sys" this is what it says and some other things following it, not important though. So I was wondering what is missing since nothing is missing but this pop up bothers me and besides I can't seem to enter to my main desktop... it gets stuck at that screen. Any help is great... thanks.
