Can't sleep at night anymore... ghost?

We just moved into a new house a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to sleep at all. :/ I believe this house is haunted. I hear noises all the time, and the floor creaks and I was downstairs once and I heard the floor creak. People call my name when no one else is home. Its cold ALL the time, and things dissapear and then reappear. I haven't been able to sleep at all. It feels like someone is standing beside my bed... watching me. I get really scared, and I sleep with the hall light on but that doesn't help at all. Please, what can I do?
