Is it improper etiquette to ask for a to-go refill at a restaurant that doesn't serve drinks in to-go cups?

Bobert, you probably shouldn't ask for the to-go option when you're at a sit down restaurant. It's ok for a fast food place, but seems cr at nicer places.
