I need help identifying a movie bad !!!!!!?

It was a movie about the aztecs where they brought prisoners to the top of this pyramid with blue face paint on them , then supposovly there was a sun god would cut open there chest and then decapitate him and his head would drop down the side. but one of the guys escaped and whatever anyone know what it is helpppp!
